Trevor Kavalchuk

Trevor Kavalchuk is an Employee Relations Advisor with Treasury Board Secretariat. As a Human Resources professional, he has experience providing generalist and specialist Human Resource services to organizations in the areas of organizational development, employee and labour relations, performance management, and compensation. He is a graduate of Lakehead University where he studied the impacts of capital investments on urban landscapes, and received a Honours Bachelors of Arts in Geography. He is a lifelong resident of the Thunder Bay District and has experience working with youth through his involvement with a variety of community organizations.
