We are looking for Live-in Caregivers who are committed to helping our community's future by providing care for children and youth who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for people who believe in, and are committed to, providing a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of children and youth in a manner that they feel safe, secure, and supported in achieving their successes.  Live-in Caregivers provide care in homes provided by the Society.

We will work together to ensure the needs of children and youth are met.  We believe in raising the bar to encourage children and youth to have choices in their lives and a voice in their care.

We recognize that being a Live-in Caregiver could have its challenges. Be assured our experienced staff are committed to providing support every step of the way by working as part of a trauma-informed team with 24/7 on-call support.

There is also a comprehensive training plan that includes mandatory training and trauma-informed training by our SPRING Program staff to support and guide in this important work.

With live-in homes a substantial majority of living expenses are covered, including rent, utilities, and a grocery allotment.

There is a thorough screening process for all interested applicants. For those who are approved, there is also a comprehensive training plan that includes mandatory training and trauma-informed training by our SPRING Program staff to support and guide in this important work.
