Katherine Steele

Katherine Steele proudly identifies as an Anishnawbe Ikwe member from Fort William First Nation.  Katherine's educational background is obtained from Confederation College and she holds General Arts and Science and Early Childhood Education Diplomas. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in the education system working with youth and supporting their individual needs in a classroom setting. For the past three years Katherine has been working for an Indigenous organization, supporting Indigenous women and their families as a coordinator in community development.
